excellent resort experience

spacious room equipped kitchen omelet station great value
We stayed in the violet building, located opposite the main building. our spacious room included a large balcony. It overlooked a courtyard and a currently empty pool. the kitchen was equipped. breakfast provided a decent selection. a chef prepared omelets on demand. we tried dinner and lunch once. Both tasted great and had great value.
The gym closed at 6:30 pm. This timing made it difficult to use the fitness facilities after daily excursions.

the resort is conveniently situated five minutes from the beach. i also found it within walking distance to restaurants and shops along the promenade. this proximity made exploring the area simple. this easy access to amenities was AMAZING!!!

The breakfast buffet included many options. It consistently offered fresh items. the chef prepared custom omelets. lunch and dinner menus included various dishes. the food quality definitely justified the cost. It provided good value.

dripping air conditioning uneven flooring
the breakfast offered a wide variety of foods it met my expectations for a 3-star hotel the tv had channels from several countries.
the air conditioning in the bedroom dripped constantly this created a puddle on the floor my toddler slipped because of it i reported this to reception but it was not fixed. the manager accused my wife of lying about the maintenance staff entering the room without knocking. the ramp near the smaller pool has uneven flooring i fell and tore ligaments there.

The apartment was very comfortable. It had everything I needed with large spaces and a comfortable terrace. The accommodation had restaurants and outdoor toys for the kids. The indoor pool was heated. There was a playground on site.
I noticed the carpet on the corridor was filthy with stains. The room was very basic. It was at the end of the hotel just above the entertainment stage. Music blared from 10 in the morning till 11 at night.

perfect location spacious apartment amazing breakfast rude reception faulty air-conditioning worn bathroom
The location was great. a short walk took me to the boardwalk. my room was a spacious two-bedroom apartment. the breakfast selection was quite amazing for my taste. i particularly enjoyed the omelette station. The chef cooked it right in front of me with the ingredients i chose.
i found the reception staff were not always cute. the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms wasn't working properly. it needed to run constantly at 20 degrees celsius to cool the room. the bathroom was quite old. the fixtures and tiles looked worn and damaged, disappointing.

fantastic pool wonderful food
The bar staff showed real care. they always had smiles and provided everything we wanted. the reception staff were similar. One night staff member always greeted me cheerfully. the pools were fantastic. The food was also wonderful.
the room wasn't exactly what i expected. but it was an apartment.
